In rare cases, equivalent services may be substituted when necessary due to availability or operational reasons
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen activities and for following all safety instructions given by guides or drivers. Eden Expeditions is not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or losses caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions. Participation in all activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
Eden Expeditions is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
