Eden Expeditions is a travel agency offering tours, excursions, transport, and travel experiences across Morocco. By booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We act as an intermediary between travelers and carefully selected local service providers, including guides, drivers, hotels, and camps.

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received. Depending on the service, full or partial payment may be required in advance. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change until the booking is confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking detail

Cancellation conditions depend on the specific tour or service booked. Some experiences may allow free cancellation within a set time frame, while others may be non-refundable once confirmed. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. We always recommend reviewing the cancellation terms before booking.

Eden Expeditions works with trusted partners including transport companies, riads, hotels, desert camps, drivers, and local guides. All partners are selected based on quality, safety, and experience to ensure a reliable travel experience. However, they remain independent service providers. In rare cases, equivalent services may be substituted when necessary due to availability or operational reasons

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen activities and for following all safety instructions given by guides or drivers. Eden Expeditions is not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or losses caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions. Participation in all activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

Eden Expeditions is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled under the appropriate local jurisdiction. For questions, you may contact us through our official communication channels.
